PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kerja keras Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Kemenkum-HAM) Maluku Utara membuahkan hasil makasimal.
Selama tahun 2021, Kanwil Kemenkum-HAM berhasil meraih 7 prestasi terbaik. Hal ini disampaikan Kepala Ka wil Kemenkum-HAM Malut, M. Adnan dalam refleksi akhir tahun, Jumat (31/12) sore tadi.
M. Adnan pada kesempatan itu menuturkan, kerja keras dan upaya yang sudah dilakukan selama satu tahun ini, walaupun di masa yang penuh ketidakpastian akibat pandemi Covid-19, akan tetapi tidak menurunkan semangat kita untuk terus berinovasi menghadirkan layanan publik yang optimal guna menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat.
Kerja keras yang membuahkan 7 prestasi terbaik yang diperoleh dalam ajang penganugrahan Access To Justice Award tahun 2021 dari Balitbang Hukum dan HAM, terbaik dalam kategori permohonan KI Komunal Wilayah Indonesia Timur dari Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual, terbaik dalam kategori penyelesaian tindak lanjut pengawasan Inspektorat Jenderal Kategori C, terbaik dalam pelaporan E-LHKASN, terbaik pertama dalam kategori capaian Pelaksanaan Target Kinerja (TARJA) satuan kerja Adminsitrasi Hukum Umum (AHUV), terbaik dalam kategori pencatatan KI Komunal tertinggi diseluruh Indonesia, dan terbaik dalam kategori penetepan pelayanan publik Berbasis HAM pada 8 UPT di Wilayah Maluku Utara.
Menyongsong datangnya tahun baru ini, kata Adnan, hendaknya kita jadikan sebagai sebuah momentum penting dan introspeksi diri. Apa yang sudah dilakukan setahun lalu, dan kemudian rencana apa yang sudah disiapkan mengisi satu tahun mendatang.
“Dengan mengadakan evaluasi dan introspeksi diri, seseorang akan mengetahui diamana posisinya, apakah termasuk orang yang beruntung, merugi atau celaka. Saya perlu sampaikan ini sebagai sedikit pengantar untuk memasuki tahun 2022 agar kita mampu melangkah dengan lebih benar dan pasti,” ujarnya.
Adnan melanjutkan, sepanjang tahun 2021, Kantor Wilayah Kemenkumham telah bekerja dan berkinerja, serta ikut memelihara keamanan dan stabilitas nasional. Pencapaian kita di tahun 2021 mendapatkan apresiasi dari berbagai pihak, baik eksternal maupun internal. Pada pihak eksternal, kita mendaptkan prestasi terbaik dalam kategori kualitas laporan kuangan pagu kecil dan penghargaan dalam pengelolaan anggaran Kategori pagu besar.
“Untuk itu, saya mengucapkan terima kasih dan penghargaan kepada seluruh jajaran, teriring harapan semoga pada tahun yang akan datang prestasi yang lebih baik lagi dapat kita ukir demi nama baik organisasi yang sejatinya juga merupakan cerminan aktualisasi dari pribadi-pribadi yang berprestasi,” harapnya.
Dia menambahkan, sebagaimana layaknya sebuah perjalanan, di tahun 2021 perjalanan yang kita tempuh tidak selalu berjalan mulus. Dari hasil evaluasi masih terdapat beberapa kendala atau tugas yang belum terselesaikan yang memerlukan treatment khusus di tahun 2022. Pada tahun 2021 target kita untuk meraih WBK/WBBM belum tercapai.
“Tapi saya yakin dengan semangat nilai-nilai pasti khususnya semangat bersinergi atau gotong royong, kita akan mampu mengatasi semua tantangan dan hambatan dengan solusi. Mari jadikan nilai pasti sebagai dasar kita bekerja dan berkinerja di tahun 2022, sehingga keterbatasan sumber daya bukan lagi menjadi suatu penghalang tetapi menjadi peluang untuk berinovasi,” ajaknya.
“Sekali lagi saya ucapkan terima kasih dan apresiasi yang tinggi kepada seluruh jajaran Kantor Wilayah Kemenkumham Malut atas kerja keras dan kerja cerdasnya dengan semangat ikhlas untuk tugas yang tuntas dan berkualitas” pungkasnya. (gon/ask)
