PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara mulai menyelidiki piutang pinjaman Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Barat senilai 159 miliar lebih di Bank Maluku-Malut tahun 2018.
“Masalah pinjaman Pemkab Halbar proses masih jalan,” kata Asisten Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus) Kejati Malut, Muh. Irwan Datuiding ketika diwawancarai wartawan media ini, Senin (20/12).
Sementara itu, informasi yang diterima wartawan NMG, pihak Kejati juga telah melakukan permintaan keterangan kepada sejumlah pihak. Mereka yang dimintai keterangan itu yakni Sekda Halbar Syahril Abdul Rajak, pihak Bank BPD Maluku-Malut Cabang Jailolo, dan Inspektorat.
Namun demikian, Kejati belum membeberkan sejauh mana proses penyelidikan ini.
Sekadar diketahui, pinjaman Pemkab Halbar di Bank Maluku-Malut senilai 159,5 miliar ini untuk percepatan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan di Halbar pada tahun 2018 lalu. Kala itu, Bupatinya masih dijabat Dany Missy. (gon/ask)
