PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Petugas Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kelas IIA Ternate menemukan sebuah paket berisi Narkoba di halaman Lapas.
Paket Narkoba ini dicurigai dimasukkan ke dalam lapas dengan cara dilempar dari luar.
“Petugas kami menggagalkan masuknya Narkoba ke dalam Lapas yang dilempar dari luar. Barang bukti itu ditemukan pagi tadi sekitar pukul 06.00 WIT,” kata Kalapas Kelas IIA Ternate, Maman Herwaman ketika dikonfirmasi wartawan media ini, Jumat (17/12).
Kata dia, barang bukti narkoba itu ditemukan sebelum kamar hunian para napi dibuka. Seperti biasanya, sebelum kamar hunian dibuka, petugas lebih dulu melakukan pengecakan dan kontrol halaman. Pada saat kontrol halaman dilakukan, kemudian ditemukan satu buah bungkusan plastik hitam kecil.
“Setelah itu pegutas kami langsung mengamankan. Kemudian kami laporkan ke pimpiman Kepala Divisi Pemasyarakatan Kanwil Kemenkumham Malut dan koordinasi dengan pihak Polda,” ujarnya.
Dari hasil pemeriksaan baramg bukti tersebut, ditemukan 10 sachet kecil yang diduga Narkoba jenis ganja dan 2 sachet kecil jenis sabu-sabu. BB Narkoba itu kemudian dilakukan diserahkan ke pihak Polda Malut untuk didalami.
“Barang bukti itu dilemparkan dari luar depan blok B, dan jatuh tepat di lapangan futsal. Mungkin lemparnya keras, sehingga sampai di lapangan futsal,” ungkapnya.
Menurur dia, menjelang Natal dan Tahun Baru ini jadi kekhwatiran akan terjadi hal-hal seperti ini, sehingga harus dilakukan kontrol yang ketat.
“Alhamdulillah Lapas aman dan kondusif. Tapi kita tidak bisa mendalami ke warga binaan, karena terkunci semua belum dibuka,” pungkasnya. (gon/ask)
