PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – 17 remaja di Kota Ternate terpaksa diamankan pihak Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Ternate lantaran kedapatan menghisap lem Eha-Bond.
Mereka diamankan di Benteng Oranje, Kelurahan Gamalama, Senin (29/11) sekira pukul 09.00 WIT pagi tadi.
Tiga dari 17 remaja yang diamankan ini masih berstatus pelajar SMA di Kota Ternate. Sementara 14 lainnya sudah putus sekolah. Semuanya masih di bawah umur.
Kasatpol PP Kota Ternate, Fandy Mahmud kepada wartawan menjelaskan, pihaknya mendapatkan laporan dari masyarakat bahwa ada anak sekolah yang sedang nongkrong di benteng oranje. Mereka diduga sedang menghisap lem.
Tim patroli kemudian menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut dengan turun ke lapangan.
“Dan ternyata benar, 17 remaja yang kita amankan ini sedang menghisap lem. Ada yang sudah dalam keadaan tertidur lantaran sudah mabuk,” jelasnya.
17 remaja yang diamankan itu terdiri dari laki-laki maupun perempuan. Begitu juga tiga pelajar yang diamankan itu satu diantaranya perempuan.
“Setelah kita amankan, kita langsung serahkan mereka ke BNNP. Jadi pada intinya, Pemerintah Kota akan terus melaksanakan kegiatan pengamanan seperti ini,” tandasnya. (ano/ask)
