PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dinas Pertanian (Distan) Kota Ternate rencananya akan melakukan rekrutmen Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (P3K) untuk tim penyuluh pertanian pada tahun 2022 nanti.
Kadistan Kota Ternate, Thamrin Marsaoly mengatakan, seleksi P3K untuk formasi penyuluh pertanian ini sudah disetujui. Sehingga tahun depan sudah akan dibuka.
Menurut Thamrin, informasi dari BKPSDM bahwa yang diusulkan tahun ini sebanyak 9 orang.
“Syarat untuk mendaftar menjadi penyuluh pertanian ini dia sudah honor di dinas pertanian dan memiliki SK, karena ini dibayar lewat APBN,” kata Thamrin kepada wartawan, Senin (1/11) tadi.
Lanjut dia, untuk 9 orang yang mendaftar ini bukan berarti lulus. Semua harus melalui seleksi terlebih dahulu.
“Insya Allah kami hanya tunggu kabar dari BKPSDM untuk mengarahkan, sehingga di 2022 tinggal tahapan proses seleksi administrasinya,” tuturnya.
Ia menambahkan penyuluh di pertanian ini dihitung berdasarkan wilayah kerja, tidak menutup kemungkinan bukan satu kelurahan satu penyuluh, namun berdasarkan kebutuhan.
“Jadi kita lihat kelurahan yang punya potensi pertanian disitu, barulah kita tempatkan penyuluh. Tidak mungkin kita menempatkan tim penyuluh seperti di Kelurahan Stadion dan Gamalama, karena tidak ada potensi pertanian disitu. Jadi kita gunakan wilayah kerja penyuluh pertanian (WKPP) namanya,” tandasnya. (adv/udi)
