PENAMALUT.COM, TETNATE – Tenaga kesehatan (Nakes) di Kota Ternate khususnya wilayah terluar seperti Hiri, Moti dan Batang Dua masih sangat kurang.
Ini diakui sendiri Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Ternate, Nurbaity Radjabessy saat ditemui wartawan, Selasa (26/10).
Menurutnya, jumlah tenaga kesehatan di tiga wilayah terluar ini sebanyak 168 orang termasuk pegawai tidak tetap (PTT). Untuk Kecamatan Batang Dua berjumlah 53 orang, Kecamatan Hiri 52 orang, dan Moti sebanyak 63 orang.
Kata Nurbaity, pihaknya masih membutuhkan kurang lebih 70 tenaga kesehatan lagi yang nantinya ditempatkan di masing-masing kecamatan.
“Namun lagi-lagi penempatan ini berada pada kebijakan Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM),” katanya.
Ia berharap tahun 2022 nanti, Pemkot Ternate harus membuka CPNS untuk formasi tenaga kesehatan. (ano/ask)
