PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) menargetkan memenangkan pemilihan umum (Pemilu) 2024 nanti. Ini disampaikan Wakil Ketua DPP PKB, Jazilul Fawaid disela-sela peletakan batu pertama pembangunan gedung kantor DPC PKB Kota Ternate, Sabtu (23/10) tadi.
Menurut Jazilul, pembangunan kantor baru DPC PKB Kota Ternate ini sangat luar biasa, bahkan melampaui DPW PKB. Sebab DPW belum memiliki kantor.
Ia bilang, kemenangan PKB di Kota Ternate sangat jarang, namun saat ini PKB kota Ternate bisa meraih prestasi tersebut. Sebab membangun partai di kota sangat memang berat.
Wakil ketua MPR RI ini berharap kantor baru ini juga menjadi pusat kegiatan pelayanan masyarakat. Sehingga itu, nantinya didesain agar masyarakat juga terlibat.
Ia mengungkapkan, kemenangan PKB dari hajatan politik berupa eksekutif maupun legislatif hanya sedikit. Pihaknya sudah keliling Indonesia dan sebagai dewan pemenangan Pemilu, ia bertekad 2024 harus menang eksekutif dan menang legislatif.
“PKB hari ini hanya memiliki 58 kursi di DPR RI, dengan 4 menteri dan 1 wakil presiden. Maka target kami di 2024, PKB harus meraih 100 kursi. Kita berkomitmen kuat agar Gus Muhaimin duduk jadi presiden,” ujarnya.
Sementara Ketua DPW PKB Maluku Utara, Jasri Usman menambahkan, DPC PKB saat ini fokus membangun kantor sebagai tempat sentral partai politik dan sekaligus penataan struktur untuk konsolidasi 2024.
“Alhamdulillah dari DPC PKB 10 kabupaten/kota di Malut, DPC Kota Ternate baru memulai kantor permanen pertama. Ini pertanda PKB Maluku Utara, khususnya Kota Ternate akan lebih siap untuk menghadapi Pemilu 2024,” tukasnya.
Wakil Wali Kota Ternate ini juga menuturkan, PKB Kota Ternate saat ini memiliki 4 kursi di DPRD. Tentu ini modal untuk konsolidasi partai dan modal membangun kemenangan ke depan.
“Saya berharap kita berkolaborasi membangun Ternate lebih maju lagi,” harapnya. (udi/ask)
