PENAMALUT.COM, SOFIFI – Sikap panitia daerah Seleksi Tilawatil Quran (STQ) tingkat Nasional Provinsi Maluku Utara yang mengangkat sejumlah wanita muda cantik sebagai Duta STQ, mendapat kecaman dari berbagai pihak. Salah satunya dari Ormas Islam Maluku Utara.

Pasalnya, penampilan Duta STQ dengan berpakaian ketat itu dianggap tidak selaras dengan kegiatan keagamaan bertaraf nasional yang berlangaung di Sofifi itu.

Ketua Badan Komunikasi Pemuda Remaja Masjid Indonesia (BKPRMI) Malut, Hasby Yusuf mengecam penampilan dari Duta STQ itu.

Menurutnya, Duta STQ itu bukan bagian dari Rundown acara. Apalagi Duta STQ yang menggunakan baju yang tak pantas.

“Saya mewakili unsur Ormas Islam di panitia jelas memprotes, karena Duta STQ dengan pakaian yang tak adab jelas jelas tak sesuai dengan tuntutan Al-Quran. Karena itu kami sudah sampaikan ke panitia untuk ditiadakan,” tegasnya.

Dikatan Hasby, semua kegiatan dalam STQ harus yang Islami dan sesuai tuntunan Al-Quran dan Sunnah Rasulullah. Ia juga menegaskan hal telah dikonfirmasikan ke Gubernur Abdul Gani Kasuba, dan Gubernur juga sudah meminta untuk ditiadakan acara Duta STQ itu.

“Tadi saya konfirmasi ke Pak Gubernur, beliau juga sangat marah dan meminta untuk acara Duta STQ ditiadakan. Apalagi menampilkan citra yang buruk jauh dari tuntunan Al-Quran. Padahal STQ adalah sarana untuk meningkatkan pemahaman akan nilai Al-Quran, kok menampilkan pakaian yang tidak pantas,” ujarnya.

Informasi yang diterima wartawan, Duta STQ yang menggunakan setelan pakaian celana jeans dan kaos lengan panjang yang ketat itu merupakan ide dari panitia lokal.

Belum diketahui pasti apa tugas dari Duta STQ ini. Ketua Panitia STQN, Salmin Janidi saat dikonfirmasi enggan memberikan penjelasan. Ia menyarankan wartawan agar mengonfirmasi ke Kepala Biro Umum.

Dugaannya, ide ini muncul dari Karo Umum Pemprov Malut, Jamaludin Wua.

“Nanti konfirmasi ke Pak Karo Umum,” singkat Salmin saat dihubungi wartawan, Jumat (15/10).

Kepala Biro Humas Pemprov Malut, Rahwan K. Suamba yang coba diminta penjelasan terkait hal itu juga belum memberikan penjelasan. Ia beralasan nanti menyampaikan klarifikasi.

“Saya sedang menyiapkan tanggapan,” kata Rahwan singkat.

Sebelumnya, penampilan 20 wanita muda yang disebut Duta STQ ini mendapat kecaman dari publik. Lewat video dan foto yang beredar di media sosial, pengguna media sosial ini memberikan komentar pedas. (gon/ask)
