PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Eks karyawan/wartawan Malut Post, Aksal Muin, menggugat Malut Post atas Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial (PHI).
Aksal yang didampingi Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Serikat Pekerja Nasional (SPN) Maluku Utara akan melayangkan gugatan ke Malut Post.
Sekretaris DPD SPN Malut, Sofyan Abubakar mengatakan, apa yang dilakukan pihak perusahan Malut Post terhadap karyawan/wartwan tidak sesuai prosedur Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan.
“Maka dari itu, kami akan melayangkan surat perundingan Bipartit kepada Malut Post untuk menyelesaikan Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial (PHI),” kata Sofyan disela-sela pertemuan dengan eks wartawan Malut Post dengan pihak Kongres Advokat Indonesia (KAI) Malut, Senin (4/10).
Menurut Sofyan, jika perundingan Bipartit tidak mendapat solusi atau gagal, maka dari SPN Malut menindaklanjuti ke Tripartit, yaitu Dinas Ketenagakerjaan.
Namun apabila di tingkat Dinas Ketenagajeraan juga tidak mendapatkan solusi atau gagal lagi, maka tindaklanjuti ke Pengadilan Hubungan Indutrial.
“Kalau di Disnaker gagal, maka kami akan lanjutkan ke pengadilan,” tegasnya.
Sofyan juga menegaskan SPN bersama KAI Malut akan melakukan pendampingan hukum terhadap yang bersangkutan.
“Kami dari SPN dan Kongres Advokat Indonesia akann bersama-sama mendampingi Aksal Muin,” jelasnya. (gon/ask)
