PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Bupati Halmahera Barat, James Uang, menghadiri pelantikan Ketua Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (TP-PKK) di 4 kecamatan, yakni Kecamatan Ibu Selatan, Kecamatan Loloda, Kecamatan Jailolo, dan Kecamatan Sahu Timur.
Pelantikan TP-PKK ini berlangsung di Kantor Camat Ibu Selatan, Kamis (30/9) diserta pelaksanaan vaksinasi massal. Turut mendapingi Bupati, Ketua TP-PKK Kabupaten Halbar, Meri Uang Popala, dan Wakil Ketua TP-PKK Yulianti Muhamad Amir.
Ketua TP-PKK Halbar, Meri Popala yang memimpin pelantikan tersebut menyampaikan bahwa pelantikan Ketua TP-PKK di 4 kecamatan ini menyusul adanya rolling pada jabatan camat yang beberapa waktu lalu. Sehingga itu, pelantikan dilakukan agar program PKK di kecamatan dapat dengan cepat dilakukan penyesuaian.
Bupati James dalam agenda yang dirangkai dengan Sinkronisasi program prioritas daerah lintas sektor dan perencanaan pembangunan desa dengan program TP-PKK Halbar itu, menyampaikan program prioritas yang diusung Pemda Halbar salah satunya adalah Halbar sehat.
“Di kesempatan ini juga adanya kegiatan vaksinasi massal adalah salah satu bentuk realisasi Pemkab Halbar dalam mewujudkan Halbar sehat,” ujar James.
Menurut mantan Anggota DPRD Halbar tiga periode ini, diwajibkan semua masyarakat harus vaksin demi memutus mata rantai covid-19.
“Jangan sampai prediksi pemerintah pusat terkait adanya varian baru covid-19 di bulan Desember itu benar terjadi. Sehingga penegasan harus dilakukan agar tidak ada lagi refocusing anggaran untuk penanganan covid, supaya program pembangunan Halbar ke depan bisa berjalan mulus dengan anggaran yang sudah kembali stabil,” tandasnya.
