PENAMALUT.COM, MABA – Persoalan pembebasan lahan warga di Kecamatan Kota Maba, Kabupaten Halmahera Timur (Haltim), Provinsi Maluku Utara (Malut), pihak Dinas Pertanahan dan Lingkungan Hidup (DPLH) mengakui telah dimintai klarifikasi oleh penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Haltim.
Hal itu diungkapkan langsung oleh Kepala DPLH Haltim, Harjon Gafur, saat ditemui awak media pada Selasa (21/9) kemarin. Menurutnya, Pemda Haltim tetap berkomitmen melakukan penyelesaian ganti rugi lahan milik warga yang sudah dilakukan pembebasan.
“Pemda berkomitmen akan melakukan penyelesaian untuk lahan warga yang belum terbayar. Poinnya ke situ,” jelas Harjon.
Dia menambahkan, sudah sebagian besar lahan milik warga telah dibayar oleh Pemda pada tahun ini. Sehingga dalam permasalahan penyelidikan yang dilakukan oleh Kejari Haltim ada sebagian yang belum terangkum untuk lahan yang sudah dibayar tersebut.
“Dalam klarifikasi itu juga memang saya ditanyai berkaitan dengan tanah, tanaman maupun status kepemilikan lahan. Sebagian besar sudah diselesaikan atau sudah dibayar oleh Pemda,” katanya.
Meski begitu, kata dia, ada beberapa lahan yang juga masih belum terselesaikan, sehingga Pemda akan tetap mendorong porsi penganggaran penyelesaian pembebasan lahan secara bertahap hingga selesai. “Jadi kalau memang ada lahan yang belum terselesaikan kita tetap akan sampaikan bahwa itu belum selesai. Pada prinsipnya semua yang berkaitan dengan persoalan lahan tetap kita dorong terus agar secara bertahap bisa tuntas,” ujar Harjon.
Kata dia, di tahun 2021 saja, ada sejumlah anggaran yang telah dialokasikan oleh Pemnda melalui Disperkim untuk penyelesaian lahan warga yang dibebaskan Pemda untuk kepentingan kanalisasi. Alokasi anggaran untuk itu adalah lebih dari Rp 2 miliar. “Dan beberapa waktu lalu sudah dilakukan pembayaran,” terangnya.
Untuk memperkuat komitmen Pemda Haltim, Harjon menambahkan jika APBD-P tahun 2021 ini juga telah didorong sejumlah anggaran untuk kepentingan penyelesaian lahan warga meskipun dengan nilai yang tidak terlalu besar. “Setalah ini, di tahun 2022 kita berharap juga ada, yang pasti komitmen pemerintah seperti itu. Kita tetap jujur dalam persoalan lahan ini, kalau sudah tidak ada masalah dan sudah dianggarkan kita tetap bayar,” pungkasnya. (mdf)
