PENAMALUT.COM, MABA – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halmahera Timur (Haltim) saat ini tengah memfokuskan perhatiannya pada sejumlah persoalan hukum yang terjadi di Halmahera Timur. Selain kasus-kasus tidak pidana umum, pihak Kejari juga sedang memusatkan perhatian pada dua perkara yang saat ini sedang menjadi perhatian, di antaranya kasus pembebasan lahan earga maupun kasus ambruknya Gelanggang Olahraga (Gor) Gor Kota Maba.
Kepala Kejari Haltim, Adri Notanubun mengatakan, untuk dua kasus tersebut pihaknya melalui kasi Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) saat ini tengah melakukan penyelidikan dimana sejumlah saksi sudah diperiksa.
“Untuk kasus pembeasan lahan sendiri para saksi sebanyak 20 orang sudah kita periksa, begitu juga untuk Gor Kota Maba,” jelasnya, Senin (20/09/2021) diaula Kantor Kejari Haltim.
Kata dia, karena untuk kasus tersebut masih dalam penyelidikan, pihakya belum sampai pada kesimpulan perhitungan kerugian negara.
“Jadi kita belum sampai pada kesimpulan kerugian negara, karena masih tahap penyelidikan,” ujarnya.
Terkait kasus pembebasan lahan yang saat ini ditangani Kejari Haltim, pihaknya akan meminta berbagai pihak yang berkompeten untuk menghitung potensi kerugian negara yang ditimbulkan.
“Tapi kita masih belum sampai pada kesimpulan itu, karena untuk kasus ini juga berkaitan dengan perhitungan luas lahan, maupun harga tanah yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah daerah,” katanya.
Ditanyai, siapa saja yang diperiksa, dirinya mengaku selain para pemilik lahan, Kejari juga telah memeriksa panitia pembebesan lahan serta Kepala Dinas Pertanahan dan Lingkungan Hidup (DPLH) Harjon Gafur, dan saksi-saki lain.
“Begitu juga untuk perkara GOR yang saat ini kita tangani, para saksi sudah kita periksa semua,” ungkap dia.
Sementara itu, untuk transparansi penyelidikan diakuinya akan membuka setiap pengungkapan kasus yang ditangani oleh Kejari Haltim ke publik agar menjadi terang.
“Untuk kasus ini kalau sudah jelas, kita akan sampaikan ke publik. Pada prinsipnya kita akan tetap terbuka dengan setiap kasus yang kita tangani,” jelas, seraya meminta adanya dukungan dari stakeholder demi kemajuan Halmahera Timur kedepannya. (mdf)
