PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Perubahan (APBD-P) Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula tahun 2021 ditetapkan sebesar 781,01 miliar rupiah.
Ini artinya, APBD Perubahan mengalami penurunan sebesar 23,68 miliar dari APBD Induk 2021 senilai 804,609 miliar, atau turun 2,94 persen.
Penetapan APBD-P ini melalui rapat paripurna persetujuan bersama Ranperda Perubahan APBD Sula tahun 2021 yang berlangsung, Rabu (7/9) malam.
Pada anggaran perubahan ini, belanja operasi sebesar 549,82 miliar rupiah, meningkat 3,53 millar rupiah atau naik 0,65 persen. Belanja modal sebesar 106,31 miliar rupiah, turun 54,15 miliar rupiah atau turun 33,75 persen. Belanja Tidak Terduga (BTT) sebesar 27,99 miliar rupiah, meningkat 25,99 miliar atau naik 1,299 persen. Belanja transfer ditetapkan 127,93 miliar, turun 1,49 miliar atau turun 1,15 persen
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Sula, Fifian Adeningsi Mus menyampaikan, total rencana pendapatan dan belanja daerah yang disampaikan pada Perubahan APBD terjadi selisih kurang antara rencana pendapatan dan rencana belanja daerah
Dalam Perubahan APBD ini terjadi selisih antara rencana pendapatan dan belanja sebesar 31,05 miliar rupiah yang merupakan defisit anggaran, dan itu akan ditutupi dari penerimaan pembiayaan Silpa sebesar 32,56 miliar rupiah dan pengeluaran yang berasal dari penyertaan modal daerah sebesar 1,5 miliar. Sehingga struktur Perubahan APBD tahun 2021 berimbang atau zero defisit.
