PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Utara bersama DPRD Halut menyepakati rancangan KUA-PPAS tahun 2022 senilai Rp 1.116.643.912.862.
Ini terdiri dari Pendapatan Asli Daerah ditargetkan sebesar Rp 82 852.833.000. Pendapatan transfer ditargetkan sebesar Rp 978.756.596.583. Sementara target lain-lain pendapatan daerah sebesar Rp 55.034.483.279.
Untuk belanja daerah ditargetkan sebesar Rp 1.179.016.639.504. Pembiayaan daerah terdiri dari jumlah penerimaan pembiayaan ditargetkan sebesar Rp 77.692.726.642, dan untuk jumlah pengeluaran pembiayaan pada APBD tahun 2022 ditargetkan sebesar Rp 15.320.000.000. Dengan demikian, sisa lebih pembiayaan anggaran tahun berkenan (SILPA) sebesar Nol rupiah.
Kesepakatan ini ditandai dengan penandatangan nota kesepakatan KUA-PPAS 2022 oleh Bupati Halut Frans Manery dan pimpinan DPRD dalam rapat paripurna yang berlangsung di gedung DPRD Halut, Jumat (27/8) tadi.
Bupati Frans Manery dalam sambutannya menyampaikan, dalam rangka penyusunan rancangan APBD tahun 2022, di awal masa sidang ketiga tahun 2021 ini, Pemkab Halut telah mengajukan rancangan KUA-PPAS kepada DPRD pada 30 Juli lalu.
Setelah diparipurnakan pada 30 Juli lalu, kemudian dokumen tersebut ditindaklanjuti melalui pembahasan baik secara internal maupun pembahasan antara komisi dengan mitra kerja OPD masing-masing, maupun bersama banggar DPRD dan Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TPAD).
“Melalui pembahasan antara kedua lembaga tersebut, akhirnya rancangan KUA-PPAS tahun 2022 disepakti untuk ditindaklanjuti dalam rapat paripurna penandatangan nota kesepakatan,” ujar Frans.
Ia bilang, setelah kesepakatan ini ditandatangani, maka pemerintah daerah menyampaikan ke pemerintah provinsi guna memastikan konsistensi dan sinergitas rancangan awal RPJMD dengan arah kebijkan pembangunan Nasional. (fnc/ask)
