3.540 PTT di Pemkot Ternate Dievaluasi

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Sebanyak 3.540 Pegawai Tidak Tetap atau PTT yang tersebar di sejumlah perangkat daerah di lingkup Pemerintah Kota Ternate bakal dievaluasi.

Evaluasi ini dilakukan menyusul banyaknya PTT yang malas berkantor bahkan sudah tidak aktif.

Kepala Bidang Pengembangan pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Ternate, Ahmad Marua menyampaikan, PTT yang dievaluasi ini dilihat dari keaktifan selama bekerja melalui daftar hadir atau absensi.

Daftar PTT yang Ia baru terima saat ini dari Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas PUPR, Dispora, Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencapil, Dinas Sosial, dan Disnaker.

Dari dinas tersebut, yang memiliki PTT terbanyak ada pada Dinas Kesehatan, Satpol PP, dab Dinas Pendidikan.

“Nanti dilihat daftar yang diajukan, mereka aktif atau tidak. Jadi kalau ada yang tidak aktif atau sudah pindah, maka akan dicoret dari daftar,” terangnya.

Untuk SKPD lainnya, kata dia, akan disesuaikan dengan jadwal pelaporan. Sementara bagi PTT yang berada di Kecamatan Pulau Hiri, Batang Dua dan Moti, BKPSDM akan turun langsung untuk mengkroscek.

“Untuk wilayah terluar nanti kita yang turun langsung, karena menyangkut dengan biaya transportasi yang harus dipertimbangkan juga,” tuturnya. (ano/ask)
