PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Dugaan korupsi pembangunan Pasar Rakyat Makdahi di Desa Fatce, Kecamatan Sanana, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula, saat ini tengah ditangani pihak Polres Sula.
Bahkan kasus yang diduga merugikan keuangan negara ratusan juta ini oleh penyidik, telah dinaikkan statusnya dari penyelidikan ke penyidikan beberapa waktu yang lalu. Namun sampai saat ini, belum ada penetapan tersangkanya.
Penyidik Polres Sula beralasan masih menunggu konstruksi dari BPKP pada Juli kemarin. Setelah konstruksi, barulah pihaknya melakukan gelar sekaligus penetapan tersangkanya.
Lambatnya penanganan kasus dugaan korupsi proyek pekerjaan senilai Rp 5,6 miliar yang bersumber dari APBD Kepulauan Sula tahun 2018 ini mendapat sorotan dari akademisi hukum, DR. Musa Darwin.
Dosen Hukum Pidana dan Hukum Acara Pidana pada Fakultas Hukum Unikom ini menilai seharusnya kasus ini telah dilakukan penetapan tersangkanya.
“Kasus ini sudah lama ditangani Polres Sula, kenapa belum mampu menetapkan oknum tersangkanya? Sebenarnya ada apa?,” tanya Musa saat dihubungi wartawan, Jumat (13/8) tadi.
Ia meminta Polres Sula agar jangan ragu-ragu untuk menetapkan tersangka atau para tersangkanya.
Sebab, kata dia, ketika sudah yakin menaikkan kasus dugaan korupsi Pasar Makdahi dari proses penyelidikan ke penyidikan, tentu penyidik sudah menganyongi 2 alat bukti yang secara kuantitas dan kualitas bisa menentukan siapa-siapa saja yang terlibat dan perlu segera ditetapkan tersangkanya.
Oleh karena itu, lanjut dia, Polres Sula harus secepatnya menetapkan tersangka atas kasus Pasar Makdahi, agar penyidikan berjalan secara profesional, transparan, dan akuntabel.
“Polres Sula harus memberikan jawaban yang pasti atas dugaan kasus tersebut, agar penilaian masyarakat terhadap pihak kepolisian tidak diragukan dalam hal penenganan kasus korupsi. Segeralah tetapkan tersangkanya, jangan berlama-lama,” pintanya.
Sekadar diketehui, anggaran pembangunan Pasar Rakyat Makdahi tahap I yang dikerjakan CV Inasko Jaya pada 29 Maret 2018 dengan nilai kontrak sebesar Rp 1.142.880.119 bersumber dari APBD tahun 2018.
Sementara untuk pembangunan tahap II dikerjakan PT Inasko Cipta dengan nilai kontrak 5,6 miliar tahun 2018 dari APBD. Proyek pekerjaantidak tersebut tidak sesuai dengan nilai kontrak serta kekurangan velume. (ish/ask)
