PENAMALUT.COM, LABUHA – Pasar Saruma atau Saruma Central Bisnis Distrik (SCBD) yang terletak di Desa Tuwokona, Kecamatan Bacan Selatan, Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, dikosongkan pedagang.
Pasar yang dibangun mantan Bupati Bahrain Kasuba ini sebelumnya terdapat aktivitas pedagang dan pembeli, meski tak terlalu ramai. Kini pasar tersebut tidak ada lagi aktivitas jual beli.
Pantauan wartawan di lapangan, Minggu (8/8), terlihat hanya sisa-sisa sampah pedagang yang ditinggalkan sudah beberapa pekan ini. Beberapa petugas dari Dinas Koperasi dan Perdagangan Halsel, membongkar tempat jualan pedagang yang sudah tidak ditempati lagi itu.
Pedagang sembako, Barito, pakaian maupun perabot dapur yang sebelumnya menempati pasar tersebut kini sudah dipindahkan ke pasar Modern Labuha.
Salah satu pedagang barito yang ditemui di Pasar Modern Labuha mengungkapkan bahwa para pedagang yang sebelumnya menempati Pasar Saruma Tuwokona, semuanya sudah pindah ke Pasar Modern Labuha.
Ia mengaku kaget saat para pedagang ramai-ramai pindah ke Pasar Modern.
“Karena samua orang sudah pindah disini (pasar modern), makanya saya juga langsung ikut pindah. Di Pasar Saruma tidak ada orang lagi,” katanya.
Sementara salah satu pedagang pakaian mengaku pindah lantaran disuruh pihak dinas. Meski pendapatannya agak naik dibanding dengan Pasar Saruma, namun dirasa kurang nyaman lantaran lapaknya terlalu kecil.
“Tempat yang torang (kami) tempati ini kurang maksimal untuk menampung pakaian-pakain yang. Tempat ini orang punya dan saya kontrak per bulan sebesar 2 juta,” ujarnya sembari berharap Pemerintah Halsel segera memperhatikan mereka.
Terpisah, Kepala Dinas Koperasi Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Halsel, Muhammad Nur membenarkan semua pedagang di Pasar Saruma sudah pindah ke Pasar Modern Labuha.
Kata dia, pedagang sempat turun ke jalan dan protes lantaran mengaku jualan mereka kurang laku. Sehingga meminta ketemu dengan Bupati Usman Sidik untuk menyampaikan keluhan mereka.
“Setelah itu kita rapat bersama dengan Dinas Perkim, dan Bupati langsung putuskan supaya para pedagang untuk sementara dipidahkan semuanya ke pasar Modern Labuha, karena sudah banyak pedagang yang keluar dari pasar Saruma. Pak Bupati langsung perintah Kadis Perkim untuk siapkan fasilitas-fasilitasnya,” tuturnya.
Muhammad melanjutkan, Bupati punya rencana ke depan untuk menghidupkan terminal dan pelabuhan terlebih dahulu. Target Bupati awal tahun 2022 sudah harus rampung semua.
“Kalau sudah jadi semua sarananya, barulah semua pedagang dipindahkan kembali di pasar SCBD. Pasar Modern ini tidak ada lagi, supaya fokusnya pasar hanya satu saja. Jadi saat ini Perkim termasuk kami dan instansi lainnya lagi persiapan untuk membenahinya,” jelasnya menutup. (rul/ask)
