PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Temuan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) terhadap perjalanan dinas anggota dan staf di sekretariat DPRD Kota Ternate tahun 2016-2017 senilai Rp 101.345.850, kini telah dikembalikan sekitar 34 juta dan tersisa 67 juta sekian.
Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate melalui seksi Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara (Datun) sebelumnya telah menyurat ke DPRD kota Ternate dengan Nomor B-1005/Q.2.10/Gs.1/06/2021 tgl 28 Juni 2021 perihal permintaan laporan secara berkala perkembangan tindak lanjut Surat Kuasa Khusus (SKK) terkait dengan kewajiban pembayaran selisih pengeluaran riil perjlanan dinas tahun anggaran 2016 dan kelebihan pembayaran selisih pertanggungjawaban harga tiket perjalanan dinas tahun 2017
Sekretaris DPRD Kota Ternate kemudian membalas surat dengan Nomor: 900/227/2021 tgl 30 Juni 2021 perihal tindak lanjut temuan tersebut.
“Temuan ini ada 15 orang, terdiri dari tiga mantan anggota DPRD masing-masing inidial AMA, DA, dan MAT serta sisanya 12 orang itu sebagian staf di sekretariat DPRD dan wartawan yang bertugas saat itu di DPRD,” jelas Seksi Datun Kejari Ternate, Safri Abdul Muin kepada wartawan, Minggu (1/8) kemarin.
Lanjut mantan Kasi Intel Kejari Tidore ini merincikan, dari 15 orang tersebut sesuai hasil temuan BPK sebesar 101 juta rupiah dan telah diselesaikan sebesar Rp 15.550.000 dan sisanya Rp 85.795.850.
Dari sisa Rp 85.795.850 itu, Sekretaris DPRD kemudian menyurat lagi ke Kejari dengar Nomor 900/257/2021 tgl 26 Juli 2021 perihal tindaklanjut temuan. Di mana pada 23 Juli 2021, mantan anggota DPRD berinisial DA menyetor pengembaliannya sebesar 20 juta yang dilampirkan dengan seluruh bukti setoran Bank Syariah Bahari Berkesan.
“Jadi DA sudah selesaikan pengembalian seluruh tunggakannya, karena sebelumny DA sudah menyelesaikan awal 5 juta. Sehingga ttotal tunggakan DA sebesar Rp 25.566.510 telah diselesaikan,” jelas Safri yang juga mantan Kasi Pengelolaan Barang Bukti dan Rampasan Kejari Konawe Selatan itu.
Mantan jaksa pengacara negara pada PT Pelindo IV Bitung itu juga menuturkan, dari tiga tiga mantan anggota DPRD yang me jadi temuan perjalan dinas ini, tersisa dua orang lagi yang belum pernah mengembalikan.
“Untuk Abd Mutalib Ahmad (AMA) sebesar Rp 16.998.300, sementara Masri Anwar Tuara tunggakannya sebesar Rp 32.618.810 dan telah diselesaikan sebesar 5 juta. Jadi Masri ini masih tersisa Rp 27.618.810. Kami bergarap mereka secepatnya mengembalikan semua tunggakan tersebut,” harap dosen Fakultas Hukum Universitas Muhammadiya Maluku Utara (UMMU) ini.
Dengan demikian, saat ini masih tersisa tunggakan pembyaran perjalanan dinas luar daerah tahun 2016 dan 2017 di sekretariat DPRD Kota Ternate sebesar 67 juta sekian. (red)
