PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai Golkar Kabupaten Halmahera Utara mengusulkan pergantian Wakil Ketua DPRD Halut dari Willem M. Manery ke Asrul Hi. Suaibun.
Usulan pergantian ini telah disampaikan dalam rapat paripurna DPRD Halut pada Jumat (30/7) dengan agenda penyampaian usul pemberhentian pimpinan DPRD, dan pengumuman calon pengganti pimpinan DPRD.
Ketua DPRD Halut, Yulius Dagilaha menjelaskan, usulan pergantian antar waktu (PAW) sudah sesuai dengan aturan perundangn-undangan dan mekanisme yang berlaku sebagaimana telah diatur dalam pasal 37 ayat 1 dan 3, serta pasal 39 ayat 2 peraturan pemerintah nomor 12 tahun 2018.
Usulan pergantian antar waktu Wakil ketua DPRD melalui surat bernomor: 016/DPD/Golkar-HU/VII/2021 tanggal 22 Juli 2021 perihal tindaklanjut pergantian antar waktu pimpinan DPRD sisa masa jabatan 2019-2024 beserta dokumen pendukung.
“Sehingga kputusan paripurna hari, selanjutnya akan disampaikan kepada Gubernur Maluku Utara melalui Bupati Halut untuk diproses selanjutnya,” jelasnya.
Rapat paripurna tadi juga dihadiri Bupati Halut Frans Manery, Penjabat Sekertaris Daerah Erasmus J. Papilaya, Forkopimda Halut, pimpinan OPD, dan partai politik. (fnc/ask)
