PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Maluku Utara telah mengantongi hasil audit kerugian keuangan negara atas dugaan korupsi pemotongan dana desa (DD) Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu tahun 2017 lalu.
Meski telah mengantongi hasil auditnya, namun Polda belum melakukan penahan terhadap tersangka atas kasus dugaan korupsi yang merugikan keuangan negara miliaran rupiah itu.
Padahal, Polda Malut diketahui telah menetapkan Kepala Bidang Perbendaharaan dan Kas Daerah pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) Taliabu, ATK, sebagai tersangka beberapa tahun yang lalu.
Direktur Ditreskrimsus Polda Malut, Kombes (Pol) Alfis Suhaili mengatakan, penyidik sudah mendapatkan hasil penghitungan kerugian negara dari Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan (BPK) Perwakilan Malut.
Namun Alfis belum menyebutkan berapa hasil kerugian atas kasus tersebut. Ia bilang, hasil penghitungan kerugian negara ini akan dikonfirmasi lagi dengan ahli dan akan dijadikan referensi dalam pemeriksaan tambahan pihak-pihak terkait.
Bahkan untuk pemeriksaan tersangka, juga masih tentatif. Sebab jika diperlukan akan dilakukan pemeriksaan.
“Karena jika alat bukti selain keterangan tersangka sudah cukup, maka penyidik tidak perlu lagi melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap tersangka,” jelasnya saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Selasa (27/7) kemarin.
Kata dia, setelah semua pihak dimintai keterangan dan berkas lengkap, maka segera dilimpah tahap satu ke Kejaksaan Tinggi Malut.
“Prinsipnya kami ingin secepatnya berkas perkara dikirim kembali ke Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejati,” terangnya. (red)
