PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – 7 oknum jaksa di jajaran Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara disanksi. Ke 7 oknum jaksa ini disanksi lantaran terlibat sejumlah masalah.
Kepala Kejati Malut, Erryl Prima Putra Agoes mengatakan, pihaknya merekomendasikan sanksi kepada 7 oknum jaksa berupa hukuman berat, sedang dan ringan.
Dari 7 jaksa ini, satu diantaranya diberikan sanksi berat lantaran terlibat kasus narkoba.
“Kadang-kadang kita ajukan berat, bisa diturunkan jadi sedang. Begitu juga sebaliknya, diajukan sedang atau ringan diputuskan berat. Jadi keputusan ada di tangan pimpinan di pusat, namanya Jamwas Kejagung,” ujar Erryl dalam jumpa pers yang berlangsung di kantor Kejati Malut, Kamis (21/7) tadi.
Di mana saja ke 7 jaksa ini bertugas, Kajati enggan menjelaskan secara detail. Begitu juga kasus apa yang melibatkan mereka selain kasus narkoba.
Sementara Asisten Pengawasan (Aswas) Kejati Malut, Muh. Noor HK menambahkan sebagaimana yang telah disampaikan Kajati, ke 7 oknum jaksa disanksi lantaran terlibat masalah.
Satu jaksa mendapatkan hukuman berat, 4 hukuman sedang, dan dua lainnya hukuman ringan.
“Yang diusulkan seperti itu, namun mungkin pimpinan di pusat berpendapat lain. Nanti lihat hasilnya,” tukasnya. (ask)
