PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate menjadwalkan pemeriksaan terhadap Wali Kota Ternate, Tauhid Soleman, pada Senin (5/7) pekan depan.
Pemeriksaan wali kota Ternate ini terkait dengan dugaan korupsi kegiatan Hari Olahraga Nasional (Haornas) tahun 2018 senilai 2,5 miliar. Di mana pada saat itu, wali kota Tauhid Soleman masih menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Kota Ternate.
Pelaksana Harian (Plh) Kasi Intel Kejari Ternate, Safri Abdul Muin, mengatakan bahwa pihaknya melakukan panggilan terhadap Tauhid Soleman yang pada saat itu masih menjabat Sekkot Ternate dan ketua tim anggaran.
“Kita akan gali terkait anggaran tersebut,” kata Safri kepada wartawan, Rabu (30/6).
Kepala Seksi Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara (Datun) Kejari Ternate ini juga menyampaikan bahwa setelah pihaknya memanggil wali kota Ternate untuk diperiksa, selanjutnya akan memanggil Kaban Keuangan Kota Ternate terkait pencairan anggaran.
“Nanti Kaban Keuangan juga dipanggil setelah wali kota diperiksa,” jelasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, kegiatan Haornas ini bersumber dari dua anggaran yakni Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN) senilai Rp 2,5 miliar dan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kota Ternate senilai Rp 2,8 miliar. Kegiatan ini dipusatkan di Kota Ternate pada tahun 2018 lalu.
Dalam kasus ini, penyidik telah melakukan permintaan perhitungan kerugian keuangan Negera ke Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan (BPK) RI di Jakarta.
Bahkan saksi yang sudah dimintai keterangan pada tahap penyidikan ini sekitar 7 orang, terdiri dari Kemempora, Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Ternate selaku pengguna anggaran, pejabat pembuat komitmen (PPK), pejabat pelaksana teknis kegiatan (PPTK), bendahara dan panitia pengadaan.
Namun sampai saat ini belum ada penetapan tersangka atas kasus yang diduga merugikan keuangan negara ratusan juta tersebut. (Red)
