PENAMALUT.COM, SOFIFI – Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara melalui Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) menargetkan akan melunasi utang pihak ketiga pada tahun ini.
Untum itu, belum lama ini BPKPAD telah melakukan pembayaran utang pihak ketiga senilai 42 miliar, dari total utang 99 Miliar.
“Pada prinsipnya utang pihak ketiga akan diselesaikan pada tahun ini. Hanya saja ada keterlambatan pembayaran, di mana adanya perubahan sistem,” jelas Kepala BPKPAD Malut, Ahmad Purbaya kepada wartawan baru-baru ini.
Dirinya menegaskan terkait utang ini tidak diparalelkan dengan Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah (SIPD). Sehingga harus menunggu anggaran masuk, barulah terkoneksi dengan utang.
“Jadi apabila dana sudah masuk, maka langsung terkoneksi dengan utang. Selanjutnya kita lakukan pembayaran,” ujarnya.
Pembayaran utang, kata Purbaya, semua tergantung pengajuan masing-masing Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD).
Untuk itu dirinya meminta kepada OPD yang memiliki utang pihak ketiga, agar segera mangajukan permintaan pembayaran utang.
“Kalau sudah ada permintaan, begitu dana masuk langsung dibayarkan,” terangnya.
Ia bilang, utang yang dibayarkan itu dokumennya sudah dimasukkan sebelum 31 Desember 2020. Segingga yang memasukkan dokumen setelah 31 Desember 2020, belum bisa dibayarkan.
“Kita utamakan yang duluan masukkan dokumen. Kalau yang dokumennya belakangan kita belum bisa proses,” tandasnya. (Red)
