PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Pemecah gelombang (breakwater) pelabuhan Hiri bakal dibangun oleh Pemerintah Kota Ternate setelah pihak dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) selesai melakukan kajian teknis.
Hal itu disampaikan oleh Wali Kota Ternate, M. Tauhid Soleman, usai pertemuan bersama dinas terkait, Senin (24/5).
“Masih ada pertemuan teknis dulu, setelah itu baru langsung minta info ke Bappeda,” kata Tauhid, usai pertemuan bersama Kepala Dinas PUPR Ternate Risval Tribudiyanto, Kepala Dinas Perhubungan, Kepala BPKAD dan Plt Kepala Bapelitbangda Ternate.
Saat ditanya kepastian mengenai finalisasi anggaran dalam pertemuan teknis itu, mantan sekretaris daerah kota Ternate ini mengatakan tunggu rilis resmi saat kajian teknis selesai dilakukan.
Untuk diketahui, mengenai pembangunan breakwater di Dishub Ternate telah melekat anggaran sebesar Rp 850 juta, di dalam itu terdapat anggaran perencanaan sebesar Rp 200 juta. Sisanya Rp 650 juta, ditambah anggaran dari dinas PUPR Rp 650 juta maka keseluruhan anggaran untuk pembangunan breakwater menjadi Rp 1,3 miliar.
Mengenai jumlah anggaran tersebut, Plt Kepala Bapelitbangda Rizal Marsaoly menjelaskan, wali kota telah meminta kadis PUPR untuk menentukan skema yang akan digunakan dalam pembangunan breakwater.
“Kalaupun akan dilakukan secara bertahap. Nah, tahapannya seperti apa begitu. Sehingga dengan pagu anggaran segitu bisa pakai konstruksi apa,” jelas Rizal.
Wali kota, sambung Rizal, berkeinginan besar dengan anggaran yang ada, jika harus dikerjakan secara bertahap, maka segera dilakukan. “Jadi pakai saja pagu ini dulu, nanti tahap selanjutnya di anggaran berikutnya,” tambahnya.
Bahkan secara terang-terangan, Rizal mengaku, dengan anggaran saat ini, jika ada tahapan selanjutnya untuk perbaikan masih bisa masuk pada APDB-P (Perubahan).
“Boleh, yang penting dari uang yang ini kita kerjakan dulu, sebab Pulau Hiri ini kita akan jadikan pulau destinasi wisata baru kota Ternate. Jadi sarana prasarana untuk mendukung itu memang harus ada,” ujarnya.
Menurut Rizal, wali kota meminta agar dinas terkait yakni PUPR bergerak cepat menghitung semua kebutuhan dan skema perencanaannya. “Pak wali minta dipercepat. Paling lambat besok,” katanya. []
