PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Upaya pemerintah untuk memekarkan wilayah Loloda Tengah menjadi sebuah kecamatan baru di Kabupaten Halmahera Barat membuahkan hasil. Ini setelah Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) melalui Gubernur Maluku Utara telah mengeluarkan kode registrasi wilayah untuk Kecamatan Loloda Tengah (Loteng).
Kode dan data wilayah administrasi pemerintahan Kecamatan Loloda Tengahan ini dikeluarkan pada Senin 17 Mei 2021 dengan Nomor: 125/2723/BAK, dengan Kode wilayah: 82.01.10.
Cakupan wilayah Kecamatan Loteng ini mencakup 10 desa didalamnya, yakni Desa Jano, Desa Jangailulu, Desa Baja, Desa Gamkahe, Desa Barataku, Desa Pumadada, Desa Tosomolo, Desa Bilote, Desa Bakun Pante, dan Desa Aruku.
“Alhamdullilah Kemendagri akhirnya mengeluarkan kode Registrasi Kecamatan Loloda Tengah dengan penyampaian kode dan data wilayah administrasi pemerintahan melalui Gubernur Maluku Utara,” kata Wakil Bupati Halbar, Djufri Muhammad yang dikonfirmasi via WhatsApp, Rabu (19/5).
Menurutnya, dengan keluarnya kode Registrasi tersebut, maka Halmahera Barat kini bertambah satu kecamatan lagi.
“Dengan demikian Loteng sah menjadi kecamatan baru. Selanjutnya Pemkab Halbar melalui Bupati akan melantik camat serta menempatkan staf Kecamatan di wilayah tersebut dalam waktu dekat,” jelas Ketua DPD Nasdem Halbar itu.
Terkait perubahan administrasi penduduk yang ada di 10 desa di Kecamatan Loteng, kata dia, Pemda akan menyesuaikan dengan kode wilayah tersebut.
Pihaknya juga akan melakukan sosialisasi kepada warga, sehingga warga yang berada di wilayah pemekaran kecamatan baru ini bisa mengurus perubahan administrasi penduduknya.
Sementara Kepala Bagian Pemerintahan pada Pemkab Halbar, Demianus Sidete yang selaku tim kerja pemekaran Kecamatan Loteng menyampaikan apresiasi dan penghargaan kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat yang telah bekerja sama sehingga menuai hasil maksimal.
Demianus juga berterima kasih kepada Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Halbar atas arahan dan petunjuknya dalam perjuangan ini.
“Harapan saya semoga kehadiran kecamatan ini bisa memperpendek rentang kendali, sehingga pelayanan publik dapat lebih maksimal,” harapnya menutup. (yadi/red)
