Penamalut.com, Tobelo – Orangtua siswa di Kabupaten Halmahera Utara yang anaknya mendapat dana Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) agar digunakan untuk keperluan sekolah.
Sebab PIP merupakan program pemerintah untuk membantu siswa-siswi yang latar belakang ekonomi lemah.
“Bagi siswa yang mendapatkn dana PIP agar dipergunakan untuk membeli kebutuhan sekolah seperti seragam, buku dan kebutuhan lainnya,” Kata Kepal Bidang Pembinaan SMP pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Halut, Jantje, saat ditemui di ruang kerjanya, Rabu (5/5).
Pihaknya mengimbau kepada orang tua siswa agar tak salah gunakan uang PIP siswa dengan membeli Handphone maupun kebutuhan lainnya diluar keperluan sekolah.
Ia juga menjelaska bahwa dana PIP siswa itu dipergunakan untuk kepentingan personal siswa yang tidak dapat dibiayai oleh dana BOS. Untuk itu, saran kemendikbud setelah sekolah mengeluarkan surat keputusan (SK) pencairan dana PIP siswa, orang tua siswa memberikan laporan ke masing-masing sekolah dengan mengisi formulir yang disediakan sekolah, setelah itu sekolah membuat laporan ke kemendikbud.
“Misalnya pencairan tanggal sekian berapa, dan orang tua membuat daftar list secara jelas kebutuhan siswa yang dibelanjakan,” ujarnya
Setelah formulir sudah terisi, barulah orang tua siswa mengembalikannya ke sekolah. Tujuannya adalah untuk fungsi kontrol sasaran penggunaan anggaran PIP.
Penerimaan dana PIP ini tergantung pada lamanya belajar siswa di sekolah. “Misalnya SD itu 6 tahun, maka tentu beda dengan SMP dan SMA,” jelasnya. (fnc/red)
