PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Bupati Kabupaten Halmahera Barat (Halbar), James Uang, menyerahkan SK 80 persen kepada 64 Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) di lingkup Pemkab Halbar, Rabu (17/3) kemarin.
Pada kesempatan itu, Bupati mengingatkan kepada CPNS yang baru menerima SK 80 persen agar menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya sebagai seorang abdi negara dan tidak mudah pindah sana sini.
“Jangan karena sudah jadi PNS terus ada orang dalam, akhirnya maunya pindah sana sini. Ingat, jangan karena ada saudara di DPRD Halbar maupun BKD lalu lobi-lobi urus pindah sana-sini. Jangan,” tegasnya
Menurutnya, ketika diterima sebagai CPNS, ia sudah membuat pengakuan dengan tanda tangan di atas materai bahwa akan di tempatkan di mana saja di wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI).
“Maka dari itu, kalian sebagai PNS harus siap ditempatkan dimana saja.
Dan ingat, kalian itu baru calon, maka dalam waktu satu tahun ke depan kinerja kalian akan dinilai dan akan dievaluasi,” ujarnya
SK 80 persen ini, kata dia, adalah pertanda awal untuk peserta CPNS menjalankan tugas sebagai abdi Negara dan abdi masyarakat. Sehingga itu, semua CPNS yang terima SK ini harus siap menerima tugas yang sudah ditandatangani dalam surat pernyataan saat pemberkasan awal pendaftaran seleksi CPNS.
Selaku orang nomor satu jajaran Pemkab Halbar, James mengimbau bahwa dalam waktu satu tahun ke depan CPNS harus bekerja dengan baik dan profesional.
“Karena kalian ini baru calon, jika kinerja kalian tidak baik dalam satu tahun, maka sampai disitu saja nasib kalian,” tandasnya menutup. (Yadi/Red)
