PENA – Tim penyelidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halmahera Utara (Halut) telah mengantongi tiga nama calon tersangka dugaan tindak pidana korupsi anggaran hibah Panitia Pengawas Pemilu (Panwaslu) Kabupaten Halut tahun 2015 senilai Rp 4,8 miliar.
Anggaran yang melekat pada APBD Halut ini dilidik Kejari Halut sejak tahun 2016 silam. Hasil audit Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) ditemukan adanya kerugian negara.
Kepala Kejari Halut, I Ketut T. Darsana mengatakan bahwa pihaknya telah mengantongi tiga nama calon tersangka. Ini setelah tim penyelidik bidang pidana khusus (Pidsus) menemukan dua alat bukti yang kuat.
Meski demikian, penetapan tersangka kasus ini masih menunggu perhitungan kerugian negara dan hasil penyitaan. “Sesuai surat dari Jaksa Agung penetapan tersangka sudah bisa dilakukan tanpa menunggu hasil dari BPK. Namun biar kerjanya ril, kita menunggu hasil perhitungan BPK,” kata I Ketut saat ditemui di Kejati Malut, Senin (22/2) sore tadi.
Sekadar diketahui, berdasarkan temuan BPK senilai Rp 3 miliar lebih dari total anggaran Rp 4,8 miliar yang bersumber dari APBD. Namun dari temuan itu, telah diverifikasi oleh Inspektorat hanya tersisa Rp 96 juta.
Informasi yang dihimpun Penamalut menyebutkan, anggaran yang bersumber dari hibah tersebut bahkan mengalir juga ke oknum di Bawaslu Malut yang menjabat saat itu. (nda)
