PENA – Dewan Pengurus Pusat (DPP) Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) memastikan akan mengawal secara penuh kepada setiap kader yang memenangi Pemihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) 9 Desember 2020 kamarin. Meski kemenangan setiap kader PKB itu, termasuk salah satunya adalah Ketua DPW PKB Maluku Utara Jasri Usman yang terpilih sebagai wakil wali kota Ternate, bakal berujung ke Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK).
“DPP PKB tetap mengawal dan mendukung penuh soal gugatan yang diajukan pihak-pihak yang melakukan gugatan di MK,” tegas Wakil Sekretaris Jenderal (Wasekjen) DPP PKB Anggia Ermarini kepada media ini usai pembukaan Muswil ke-IV DPW PKB Malut di hotel Ayu Lestari Ternate, Sabtu (9/1).
Wasekjen perempuan ini menegaskan, pihaknya berusaha sebisa mungkin membantu mengawal, apalagi yang digugat adalah kader murni PKB. Menurut dia, hal ini menjadi cacatan khusus bagi DPP karena telah mempelajari materi-materi gugatan dari pihak pemohon.
“Yang pasti masalah gugatan itu DPP tetap mengawal,” jelasnya menghiri.
Sementara itu Ketua DPW PKB Malut Jasri Usman yang juga calon wakil wali kota Ternate terpilih ini mengaku, persoalan gugatan itu jauh-jauh hari telah dikordinasi dengan DPP PKB. Kordinasi itu berawal melalui tim Bantuan Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Lakumham) DPW Malut serta tingkat pusat.
“Karena ini merupakan hak konstitusi sebagai kandidat. Tetapi, sebagai pemenang Pilkada Kota Ternate, kami tetap mempertahankan apa yang menjadi keputusan KPU,” tandas Jasri. (*)
