PENA – Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Provisi Maluku Utara (Malut) melakukan program kunjungan kerja monitoring evaluasi (Monev) di Kabupaten Halmahera Utara (Halut), Rabu (25/8) hari ini.
Kepala Dinas UMKM Malut, Wa Jahria menuturkan, sebelumnya Monev telah dilakukan di beberapa tempat seperti yang dilakukan di Halut, guna memastikan keberaan dari UKM yang telah dibentuk oleh pihaknya.
Dalam kunjungannya, ditemui UKM Niamaru dan Saronifero yang membudidayakan tanaman bulanan dan burung walet di dua lokasi yang berbeda, yaitu Desa Gorua dan Popilo, Kecamatan Tobelo. Setelah monev di dua desa tersebut, lokasi berikutnya adalah Kecamatan Galela.
“UKM ini segera mungurus legalitas agar mendapatkan permodalan yang disiapkan pemerintah. Karena pemerintah pusat telah menyediakan permodalan melalui Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir (LPDB) koperasi yang bergerak pada Usaha Kecil Mikro Menengah (UMKM),” Kata Wa Jahria.
Ia menyarankan koperasi yang berada di Maluku Utara agar mengakses informasi melalui LPDB. Karena dana yang disediakan pada tahun ini sebesar Rp 1 Triliun.
“Kami baru mendapat dua koperasi di Malut yang mengajukan pinjaman itu. Yaitu koperasi perikanan di Halsel dan Saronifero di Halut. Akan sangat disayangkan puluhan permodalan UMKM telah disediakan oleh pemerintah, tapi tidak dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku usaha kecil,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, di Desa Gorua terdapat kelompok Niamaru yang membudidaya tomat dengan 1200 pohon telah siap dipanen. M Arbi Jafar, ketua kelompok kepada Penamalut mengatakan, pihaknya sangat berterima kasih kepada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Malut yang telah berkunjung ke lahan tersebut. Ia berharap setelah kunjungan ini pihak Koperasi dan UMKM Malut bisa membantu mereka dari sisi permodalan guna mendorong pengembangan lahan yang mereka miliki. (FN)
