- OTOpenTable DinerDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoI cannot say enough about the customer service we received before and during our dining experience at The Artisan. We had reservations at The Delamar for my daughter’s 10th birthday. We wanted to eat at The Artisan, but I didn’t see many kid friendly options on the menu so I reached out via e-mail to inquire. The general manager called me and left me a voicemail explaining that they had some kid friendly options. He followed up with an e-mail and told me to let him know if she had any special requests. All of the staff went above and beyond to make her feel special for her birthday dinner. From the balloons at the table, a custom birthday entree, and dessert. The filet was absolutely delicious as well. You don’t come across customer service like this often - we were blown away! We will definitely be back.More infoArtisan - Traverse CityPrice: Expensive• American• Traverse City•4.8
