One shopper said: “Best thing on TV. Just sped through my box-set in a few days. It is and was great TV isn't it?”

And a second wrote: “If you want a very short review: This DVD collection is great value for a great series.”

But not everyone was happy. One shopper said: “Order this as a present for someone when they watched them most DVDs didn’t play the last episode, but can’t return now as it’s past the date but as it was a present I wouldn’t know they didn’t work in time! Poor really.”

A second complained: “The packaging etc was good but there are to many episodes on the DVD that stop in the middle or sometimes stop and go of and there are points that I can't get past. This is not the first DVD i have had like this from Amazon.

"After the ones I have ordered previously arrive I will probably buy no more DVDs through Amazon and go elsewhere. I am happy with the other products I have bought though but DVDs are terrible.“
