EastEnders newbie Avani left viewers amused during Tuesday's episode as she paid Martin Fowler a backhanded compliment. During tonight's trip to Walford (Tuesday, October 17), Avani arrived in the Square and wasted no time in trying to wind up the locals.
While walking through the market, the teenager insulted Nugget's hairstyle to Denzel Danes as he held a poster of his missing friend after hearing he's arrived back home. Avani then set her sights on Zack Hudson and Martin Fowler as they stood at his fruit and veg stall.

After trying to flirt with the two men, Zack made a swift exit as she tried to get the market stallholders' attention. "I guess it's your lucky day then," Avani told Martin. "I've got daddy issues and you're giving off Pedro Pascal vibes, what's your name?"
"Well I'm Martin and you're a child," he replied before giving the teenager a warning. "Look, please...you want to be careful around here, right? Pervs everywhere."
Later in the episode, it transpired that Avani is the daughter of Priya and Ravi Gulati and was in the Square to take her brother Nugget back home to Brixton. EastEnders fans immediately loved Avani's cheekiness and wasted no time taking to social media to share their amusement at her comparing Martin to a Hollywood actor.
On X (Twitter), one person stated: “'I’ve got daddy issues and you’re giving off Pedro Pascal vibes'” PLEASEEE who is she I love her #eastenders", while a second said: "I’ve got daddy issues and you’re giving off Pedro Pascal vibes. I am howling omg SHE IS ME #EastEnders."
"Pedro Pascal vibes", followed by laughing faces, as another added: "Didn’t expect Pedro Pascal to be in #eastenders tonight". While one fan jokingly said: "Pedro Pascal vibes, sorry but Pedro Pascal is waaay fit. #EastEnders.."
