John McGrath, real estate agent, has an ambitious goal for his soon-to-be-listed agency business - that it eventually controls 20 percent of the Australian market. Currently his business has a 3 percent market share. He says "it's a hell of a big country and a very fragmented market. Over time, there will be more sales done by fewer agents. I see no bubble. I don't see a major correction. I think we are most of the way through the cycle; I don't think we will see another 10 or 20 percent (price growth)."
