This was fire! This was my first time eating from here and I got the Nashville chicken double stacked and the ultimate steak, and let me tell you.. I have no regrets.. staff is great and welcoming to all my questions. I will definitely be going again 100%. P.s. the picture of the steak has lactose free cheese, that I added on when I came home.
Cheeseburgers were incredible! Service was great, the owner/staff seemed to really care about making sure our food met our expectations. Will definitely be back!Food: 5/5
Tried Burger Factory for the first time. It was an amazing experience. I had the Nashville sandwich which was perfection. Juicy chicken full of flavor? Vegetarian options: They had a vegetarian burger , they had sweet potato fries , poutine etc
Every time I go in there, they’re always so nice. Specially, the guy on the grill they all greet me by my name when I walk into the door, which makes me feel welcomed and happy to be there they always makes conversation with me some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a while from a restaurantFood: 5/5
Great to finally have a halal burger spot in St. Catharines!! Beef patties were super juicy, I had the machine with jalapeños and beef bacon and it was a 10! Amazing service and pace for how busy they were as well!Food: 5/5
$60.00 for 2 burger meals cheesy Lucy's and a milkshake is one thing but when the burgers are the size of a small air hockey puck and about as dry as one too is another. Placed our order and was told it would take about twelve minutes, which is fine since they cook them fresh on the spot and they were busy at the time. But when they went to hand our food to us one of the burgers were incorrect incorrect toppings on it. The employee said "oh ill just take off the toppings you dont want". Clearly she could see we were frustrated and then replaced the entire bun as well. This is all not a major deal as it can happen at any restaurant, the biggest reason for the low review is the quality of the food itself. A Cheesy Lucy is supposed to be a cheese stuffed burger with cheese on the burger. Neither of our burgers were stuffed with cheese and the patties themselves were maybe the size of a happy meal hamburger patty. They were dry and flavourless to boot. The fries were mediocre at best, a little undercooked but edible. I'm not sure if you can call cold milk with whipped cream on it a milkshake, the shake was basically just a glass of milk with a bit of caramel sauce and a dollop of whipped cream. All and all this will probably be our first and only vist to this franchise as it left a dry taste in our mouths
It was my first time trying this place but had heard good things so I really looked forward to it. My family and I were a big party about 19 people and bombarded the poor employees with no notice haha but wow they were SO kind and accommodating!! Everything came out faster than I expected, especially for that many people at once. The staff were attentive, super generous, and just really, really kind. The food was sooo good! I’m definitely going to be a new regular here. It was also clean and neat inside, and the booths were roomy. I truly hope they see lots of success at this location.
Burgers and fries are delicious! Great quality! Our funnel cake was also really delicious and we were excited to see them on the menu. We ordered delivery and my drink was forgotten but I’m still giving 5 stars because of the food!Food: 5/5
If you are hungry, don't go to this location. Was here for almost an hour, did not even taste the burger... Took about half an hour before we got half of our order, so we waited another 15 mins for the other set before decided we are leaving. They gave us a hard time giving back our refund we paid cash they said nobody in store was authorized, stupid right? It is not the employee's fault, they are just a victim of poor management of the owner. It is a Saturday afternoon, only two staff but one is new or in training... If management cares, they would have been there to help out if they are understaff. The one burger we got looks small, considering each cost us about $20... People behind us their order was not even on the grill, and couple of delivery drivers waiting. The place seems to have bad ventillation too, not enough for grilling indoors. The smell stick to your clothes.
I'd love to give this restaurant a good review however my family and I decided to go there this afternoon to get lunch and waited over 30 minutes just to get two burgers and two orders of fries. I demanded a refund because the service was so horrible and I don't blame the staff working there I blame the management for not bringing in more staff to assist. The customers that ordered their meal after us wound up getting a refund also because while we were waiting for our meal to come they were also waiting for theirs and their meal hadn't even been started yet and they were already waiting there 20 minutes so it's just absolutely horrible service. Highly recommend go find a different place. I was also very disappointed by the fact that when we did get half of our order the burger itself was very small and didn't look anything like how it was represented so if you're actually looking for something that's decent I had a decent price then I'd suggest finding something else.
