Paul, I am actually in the process of shopping for new insurance. I have been a customer of your agency for 25years and currently have 2 vehicles 2 motorcycles 2 houses and a travel trailer insured with you. The premiums increase at every renewal. This time the monthly auto premium alone jumped approx. $50 per month and the other policies increases added another $25 per month. There are no tickets and no accidents no claims. I am a customer in excellent standing and have built an excellent working relationship with your office. However, I fail to understand why the rates would jump this much and at every renewal. I contacted your office and they did her best to try to help me out but we're unable. Having this many policies I need to shop for more reasonable rates. It is unfortunate you were unable to do anything for me as I like your company. Perhaps complacency has set in and it is time for a Change.

Well my review is simple. My Dad has used the Vizzacarro 18800 E 9 Mile Rd, Eastpointe, MI 48021 office when I was a kid. I am getting old, and still use them. Thank you Ellen Hogan and the many years of Vizzacaro's. You are all good people that I trust!

Fantastic, friendly customer service! John Tunnell has been my Allstate agent for several years. I have always received prompt courteous service and he and his team have been proactive in sending email reminders to update my policies with life changes and discounts i may qualify for to ensure I have proper coverage. I highly recommend!

You could pay the same amount and get similar coverage from another provider but you'd be talking to a call center or an automated computer and getting any kind of service would make you want to jump out a window. I know because this is what I've done in the past. Allstate is competitive with other companies but having an agent like John assigned to your policy makes going with geico or a similar "bargain" option a really dumb idea. Go with allstate. John goes out of his way to manage your policy so your don't have to stress out about it or inconvenience yourself. Always friendly and prompt.

I have been with Allstate over a decade. I made one water damage claim and they went up on my insurance. I wasn't happy about that at all, it seems like they would at least let you make one claim without raising your insurance.
