Jimmy Garcia pop up has a Après ski vibe in which you can dine within an igloo and feast on a fondue and raclette.

Yorkshire-born and bred, Jimmy Garcia discovered his taste for good food from an early age. After his first 25-
seater pop-up restaurant in his living room at his flat in South-West London, borrowing tables and chairs from
the local church, started selling out, he knew he’d found his calling. Today, widely known as The King of pop-up
dining in the UK, his pop-ups have been celebrated by the likes of British Vogue, The Sunday Times, The FT,
Evening Standard, Foodism, The Nudge, Time Out London and The Telegraph to name a few and he has also
featured on a range of TV shows over the years including Sunday Brunch and This Morning.

ABOUT BLACK COW
Black Cow is a single ingredient vodka made in West Dorset from the milk of grass-grazed cows. This unique
process of using milk as our only source ingredient is what makes the vodka so exceptionally smooth. Milk is a
lovely raw material; it makes a versatile liquid with a rounded creamy character. It is incredibly soft, free from
the hard minerals found in other vodkas.
We simply separate the milk into curds and whey. The curds make the cheese – including Black Cow Deluxe
Cheddar – the whey, which would otherwise go to waste, is fermented, distilled and blended to make the
‘world’s smoothest vodka’.

Menu £35pp (90-minute sitting). Greeted with a Black Cow cider cocktail and followed by a feast of our
traditional unlimited Savoyard raclette with rustic, sourdough baguettes, rosemary and herb new potatoes with
confit garlic, mixed leaf salad, mustard vinaigrette and mixed charcuterie (lovingly imported by Papa G himself).

Indulge in the most festive of settings, inside a Snow globe (we promise not to come round, turn you
upside down and shake you about) Right on the banks of the Thames, with stunning views over and across
the river, these heated Snow globes® are the perfect place to celebrate the festive season. Nestled under
our stretch tent, they are at once part of the hustle of Southbank, and a private haven for you and your
guests. Perfect for groups of up to ten people, we run three different sittings, seven days a week. Lunch
and dinner include a three-course menu including steak sharers and our signature fondue at £55 per

This Halloween, The Kraken Rum is opening an immersive horror bar where the prices of drinks are determined by visitors’ heart rates.

Screamfest VII: Shock Exchange, held in the Clerkenwell Catacombs, will require guests to wear heart rate monitors whilst navigating an immersive horror gauntlet before they reach the bar. The more a guest’s heart pounds, the more pounds they’ll pay at the bar.

Running between the 26th – 28th October, the pre-bar experience was developed with The Recreational Fear Lab and is scientifically designed to do the one thing it tests you on: raise heart rates.

Travel back in time to the iconic fight between Muhammad Ali and George Foreman that took place in 1974.

Thanks to Rematch Productions you now can live the memorial moment as they bring together an immersive sporting event like no other by infusing theatre, sport, history and technology together.

The fight between these legends was widely considered to be ‘The Greatest Sporting event of the 20th Century’ a this was the first Heavyweight Championship boxing match to take place in Africa.

You will be able to follow the footsteps of Ali and Foreman, the cast of characters, including David Frost who reported on the match, legendary boxing promoter Don King (who was as much about show business as boxing), circulates amongst the audience as the story unfurls around the audience. This includes the intense media attention and press conferences to sparring sessions with the boxers and the actual fight itself.

There is a riot of music with the Zaire ‘74 festival, which saw the biggest global acts in black music perform, including; James Brown, BB King, Bill Withers, Sister Sledge, Miriam Makeba and Celia Cruz and a slew of Latin America’s best musicians, heavily featured.

The second event by immersive event producers Rematch, following their recreation of the famous Borg v McEnroe Wimbledon final of 1980, Rumble in the Jungle Rematch, is a roller coaster experience that takes you from the intimate dressing rooms to the global stage, from the pre-match trash talking to the step-by-step play-out of the fight, and everywhere in between.

Eleven98 is an original and totally one-of-a-kind fine dining experience. It’s a platform for showcasing the incredible produce growing in the Borough of Hackney, where chef and founder Aidan Brooks is proud to have been born and bred. The MONOPOLY: LIFESIZED experience will take place at 213 – 215 Tottenham Court Road, a 22,000sq ft building over three floors in the heart of the West End: THE COURT – the first in a series of central London venues dedicated to live gameplay. The building will house a retail outlet selling a wide range of Hasbro game merchandise, THE TOP HAT – a destination MONOPOLY-themed bar and restaurant serving signature cocktails and a quintessential British small-plates menu – plus three individually designed and unique main gameplay boards – Classic, The Vault, and City – and a Junior Board – making it a brand-new destination attraction where people can eat, drink, shop and play all under one roof.

MONOPOLY LIFESIZED will consist of a 75-minute gameplay segment on a 15 x 15m board, featuring 8 Properties, 2 Utility Companies, 2 Train Stations, Jail, Free Parking, Go, and Just Visiting. Each board can host between 8 and 24 people split into 4 teams, all playing against each other. Each team will have their own personal MONOPOLY token –, Scottie Dog, Boot, Racing Car, etc. – leading them around the game, taking scores, and giving hints where required. Each property square will have a full-sized location specific room behind it that players enter to participate in a challenge to ‘acquire’ that particular property. The challenges will be a mixture of physical and mental puzzles and games that will test players’ skills and lateral thinking, and will be themed appropriately for the square, featuring either some historical or current day relationship with that part of London. MONOPOLY: LIFESIZED will be created by a team drawn from across the immersive theatre, tech and escape room worlds: creative producers are Tom Beynon and Paul Mansfield, with set design by Tim McQuillen-Wright (designer for Secret Cinema experiences Stranger Things, Blade Runner, and Moulin Rouge), costume design by Sarah Mercade , sound design by Luke Swaffield, Production Management by Entourage, and Scenic Construction by Scene2.
