NEW: Greta Van Fleet will perform in Huntsville this spring
Rock ‘n’ roll band Greta Van Fleet will play at the Orion Amphitheater next spring as part of their Starcatcher tour. The worldwide tour, which starts in Europe, will head to the U.S. at the end of April 2024.
The band will play in Huntsville at the Orion on Wed., May 8. Tickets go on sale this Fri., Oct. 27 at 10AM.
About the band Greta Van Fleet
Often compared to Led Zeppelin, Greta Van Fleet formed in Michigan in 2012. Their 2017 album, “From the Fires” won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Album in 2019.
Some of their popular songs include “Highway Tune”, “Black Smoke Rising” and “Safari Song”.
The Orion Amphitheater continues to impact Huntsville
Nominated for the Amphitheater of the Year award the Orion has hosted several huge acts, like Lana Del Rey and Stevie Nicks, since it opened in May 2022. The entertainment venue continues to impact Huntsville–Huntsville transportation will run Orbit buses to several of its upcoming concerts and a parking deck for the popular performance spot was proposed this summer.
