While there is cash to be saved on Samsung’s latest and greatest, rumour has it that we don’t have too long to wait for the Galaxy S24 Ultra, a phone that is shaping up to be even better. The S23 Ultra has been out since February this year, but according to a report the S24 Ultra will be unveiled earlier than expected, with a San Francisco launch event planned for January 2024.
That means there could be just three months to wait until the S24 Ultra, which is rumoured to run the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset - what is sure to be one of the most powerful ever used in an Android phone.

Express.co.uk has reported about how this time around the S24 Ultra could be the only model of the new Galaxy S series UK buyers can get with Snapdragon power, with the regular Galaxy S24 and S24 mooted to miss out and use Samsung’s own Exynos chips on these shores.
We'll have to wait and see just how powerful the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered S24 Ultra is but one leaked Geekbench score has give a hint that the upgrade will be impressive.
That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it could be a good reason to wait for the launch of the new Galaxy unless you can get £500 off the S23 Ultra today at what is a very good sale price.
