Ingredients
Pork Shoulder Butt Roast (5-6lbs) (Sold at Duma Meats)
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tbls Wildmans seasoning (Sold at Duma Meats)
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (Sold at Duma Meats)
Directions
Place roast in a crock pot and pour all ingredients over roast.
Cook on lowest heat for 8-10 hours.
Any size roast will work but increase the amount of ingredients if bigger.
