Responsibilities

Sales Representative is the key point of contract between an organisation and clients to answer clients’ queries, offer advice and introduce products to clients
To develop cordial relationships and provide customer support to existing and new clients
To plan in sales activities and achieve assigned sales target
To provide excellent customer service by professional products knowledge and good interpersonal skills
To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products & etc
