ChamberRVA offers YRichmond, an internship engagement experience, to employers around the region each summer. This program connects interns at dozens of local companies of all sizes with each other and provides an enriching introduction to RVA and all it has to offer.
YRichmond supports your efforts to recruit and retain Gen Z talent by adding value and excitement to your summer internship program. Each event during this 10-week series is designed to help make a compelling case for why RVA is an ideal place to establish roots and engage in the community – from social and recreational events to community service and professional development sessions

- Exploring Richmond’s outdoor, music, and arts scene
- Connecting with Richmond’s history and organizations serving the community
