Fall is in the air! As I’m writing this our kids are out on Fall break, the leaves outside my office window are turning red and orange, and we’re having our sprinklers blown out. It seems like just yesterday we were excited for our cold and rainy spring to end and getting ready for summer!

Book now if you haven’t yet because it books a few weeks out.“

There are currently 69 active non-builder listings in Central Park. This is down a bit from last week when we ran numbers (72 active listings), but inventory remains robust with a lot of opportunities for buyers.
New Listings
This week we saw 8 new non-builder listings and “coming soons” in the neighborhood.
As you can see, the number of new listings this week (8) is close to the number of homes that went under contract (7), so our overall inventory of resale homes available is about the same. Though the numbers have been fluctuating each week, this syncs with what we’ve been seeing the past month+ in Central Park – inventory is robust, and somewhere around 10% of homes go under contract each week.
