EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Matthew H. Cole

President & CEO

Matt is the grandson of our founder and the current President and CEO. Passionate about construction and experienced in a diverse mix of projects, Matt re-joined Cape Associates after working in commercial construction out of New York City for seven years. He has an engineering degree from Bucknell University. Matt is a passionate advocate in support of many local community-based organizations and is currently Vice President of the Community Development Partnership. Richard M. Bryant

Executive Vice President

Richard M. Bryant is the Executive Vice President of Cape Associates. Rich joined Cape Associates in 2004. He has an engineering degree from the University of New Hampshire, five years of experience in structural design and also a strong construction background. Rich heads the Yarmouthport office and lives in Brewster. He enjoys spending time with his two daughters Hannah and Rachel.
Rich is a member of the Cape Cod Community College Educational Foundation Board.

Mark P. Kinnane

Executive Vice President

Mark P. Kinnane is the Executive Vice President of Cape Associates. Mark has risen through the ranks since 1982, starting as a carpenter, became lead foreman, then Project Manager, and now Executive Vice President. He lives in Eastham with his wife, Susan.

John Falacci

Vice President

John graduated from the University of Maine and Salem State University. Utilizing his degrees in Land Planning along with his experience as a city planner has helped his success in building and real estate development. His enthusiasm for construction has allowed him to have a diverse background in different types of building projects in both residential and commercial. He likes being involved in all phases of construction and takes pride seeing them through from conception to completion. John has enjoyed Cape Cod both as a child as well as raising his family here. His community participation includes coaching youth sports, civic events, and local charities. John lives in Barnstable Village and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, traveling, and playing hockey.

BUILDER DIVISION

Josh Piper

Josh got his start in construction at a young age working alongside his father in the family business in New Hampshire. He has 18 years of experience in various types of projects. Josh and his wife, Ally, relocated to the Cape in 2013 and live in Harwich with their two children, Cameron and Isobel.

Chris Dio

Chris Dio started his career in the Cape Associates building division and has worked his way up to his current role. He lives in Brewster and enjoys hunting and fishing with his son, Max.

Pete Shannon

Pete started his career in residential carpentry, and later gained experience with design and drafting while working for a Cape-based architectural firm and pursuing his architectural degree. He now lives on Cape Cod with his wife Cori and their four daughters.

Cam Blanco

Cam studied Information Technology with a concentration in Data Analytics at UMASS Boston and received his Bachelor’s of Science. After a successful career in San Diego, Cam is excited to be back on Cape Cod. He enjoys playing soccer, running, hiking, camping, traveling, hanging with friends, and anything to do with the outdoors, especially the mountains/beaches. He lives locally with his wife, Cailynn.

Joe Brady

Joe has a diverse career background, working in the solar and casino industries prior to coming to work for Cape Associates. Joe and his wife Jen, who was born in Eastham, met in college in Rhode Island and moved back to the Cape in 2016. They now live in Brewster with their two children, Joey and Gianna.

John Collins

John joins Cape Associates with 5 years of commercial construction experience based in Boston. Specializing in glass, John is excited to switch gears into the project management side of construction. Graduating with a communications degree from Curry College, his side gig is doing play by play announcing for college and junior hockey. He grew up in Norwell, MA and now resides in Sandwich, MA with his wife Paige and Bernese Mountain dog Java. He enjoys playing golf, winning his fantasy football league and beer league hockey.

Alicia Anderson

After spending many summers on the Cape, Alicia moved here year round in 2010. She has been working in administration for over 10, most recently as a real estate listing and transaction coordinator. When she isn’t at work, Alicia loves spending time outside in the garden, at the beach with a book or creating great memories with her husband and young sons!

Priscilla Hapeman

During her 8 year career with New Seabury Homes, Priscilla held roles as an Associate Project Manager, Interior Designer, and Design Manager. After discovering her passion for design, Priscilla received her interior design training from the accredited New York Institute of Art & Design. Priscilla’s design perspective is influenced by the lifestyle needs of each client and understanding how they will use a space. She believes the essence of a well-designed space comes to life when it responds holistically to the person, place, and setting. She knows your home is more than just an abode, your home is an extension of you.

Andy Shakliks

Andy joined Cape Associates in 2022. He has a degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and over twenty-five years of experience construction estimating. Andy grew up and currently lives in Eastham with his son Shane. Andy has been a member of the Cape Tech Advisory Board for the Carpentry department since 2012. When he is not working on an estimate, he can be found sailing and fishing on the Cape Cod Bay.

Matt Davis

Matt started his career in residential construction working for local contractors while also perusing a degree in Construction Management from New England Institute of Technology. Upon completion of his degree, Matt worked as a Superintendent and Construction Manager for two large National Builders prior to joining Cape Associates. He lives in Scituate with his wife Lila and 4 kids Ciara, Mack, Sean and Elise.

CUSTOM DESIGN AND CABINETRY DIVISION

Nancy Mince

Nancy grew up in CT, obtained her degree in Architectural Engineering and since 1989 her career flourished as a kitchen designer and estimator on the East Coast. In 2006 she moved to Santa Fe, NM where she met her wife, and was designing kitchens, bathrooms, and estimating and overseeing jobs in some of the most interesting homes in the US. Later she and her wife owned and operated a kitchen & bath design business for 7 years in Carmel IN, developing a reliable reputation for design, service and professionalism. With a desire to be on the East Coast again, she now lives in Brewster with her wife, daughter, 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Debbie Reeves

Debbie has a background in the printing/graphic arts field, which eventually led to sales in the newspaper industry. After 15 years of selling and designing ads, electronics left not many opportunities. The home improvement industry offered a great opportunity in an 18 year career with The Home Depot. After learning all aspects of home improvement and building, kitchen design became the greatest and most fulfilling. Life long visits and her love of sharks pulled Debbie to the Cape where she resides with her daughter.

Chris Szeglin

Chris is a licensed professional engineer who has spent his career designing and managing improvement projects for public structures and spaces. He has extensive experience in project planning and implementation, including CAD, permitting, bidding, and construction management. Raised in New Jersey, he studied at Rutgers University and earned a BS in civil and environmental engineering and a BA in geography. Chris, his wife Christine, daughters Annabel and Charlotte, and family dogs, live in Eastham. He enjoys hiking, fishing, reading, and firing up the smoker in his free time.

SERVICES DIVISON

David P. Hedin

David P. Hedin started at Cape Associates more than twenty years ago as a truck driver and has since assisted in the development and expansion of the Home Property Watch division. Dave and his team of experienced employees have excelled at providing professional, responsive and efficient small construction services to clients for nearly three decades. Dave and his wife Jill reside in South Yarmouth and enjoy spending time outdoors and socializing with friends.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION

Cinnamon A. Swable

Prior to working at Cape Associates, Cinnamon worked in the landscape industry for 18 years. Over that time, she cultivated a specialty gardening company. She holds a degree in Construction Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology. She and her son, Nemo, love spending time at their home in Eastham.

Jenn Rhodes

Jenn brings with her many years of business and finance experience through ownership of her own business and work in municipal finance. Jenn relocated to Wellfleet with her husband and son in 2016 from Central Mass. Jenn has two grown daughters and enjoys basket weaving and boating with her family. Jenn is a member of the Finance Committee for the Town of Wellfleet and a Board Member for the non-profit Kings and Queens.

Marybeth Bourgeois

Marybeth brings over 30 years of experience to the Cape Associates team and has earned Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credentialing through the International Facilities Management Association. Marybeth lives in Eastham and has two sons, Jeremy and Brandon.

Joel Erickson

Joel Erickson joined Cape Associates in 2003 after 25 years in the banking industry. He worked as a carpenter for 11 years and obtained his CSL license in 2007. Joel joined the Property Management Division in 2014 and enjoys spending time with his wife Betty working around the house and taking trips.

Troy Loranger

Troy grew up on Cape Cod but left to pursue a career in the transportation industry. With two grown daughters, Troy returned to the Cape in 2014 and enjoys his work at Cape Associates.

Steve Caliri

Steve Caliri has been with Cape Associates since 1992, initially with the painting department. He lives in Orleans and enjoys spending time with his family.

Sarah Iachetta

Sarah brings more than 10 years executive administrative assistant experience, working most recently for GE in Schenectady, NY. She went to Niagara University in Niagara Falls, NY studying Hotel/Rest. Management. Before moving to the Cape, Sarah and her family loved coming here on vacation. She lives in South Dennis with her husband, Frank, and step son, Zach. She enjoys going to restaurants, going to the beach, and traveling.

Leslie Ingram

Leslie Ingram, fulltime on the Cape since 1992, brings over 35 years of Business Operations and Accounting experience, including owning and managing all aspects of a local dental practice for over 20 years. She graduated from Auburn University, focusing on English, Accounting and French. Leslie raised two swell children who are both off Cape (Los Angeles and Purdue University) ‘living their best lives’. Traveling and doing outside activities, especially enjoying all the wonders of the Cape, fuel her during off hours. Extensively traveling, most often in the US, Leslie is totally convinced the Cape is one of the most beautiful and restorative places to live and work.

Kelsey Whitaker

Raised on the Cape, Kelsey joined Cape Associates in 2023 after spending 6 years working as a Property Manager in Boston. With a degree in Business Management and Art History, along with a Certificate in Photography, she enjoys the beauty and tranquility of the Cape. Kelsey, her husband, and dog reside in South Orleans, spending every chance they get outside golfing, skiing, and sailing!

Courtney Batista

New to the Cape after being on the West Coast for 10 years, Courtney was born and raised on the East Coast of Florida. She is happy to be back on the best coast! She has 10 years of administration experience, and a bachelor’s in fine arts from the University of New Orleans. Courtney has two great kids and a wonderful husband who is a Cape Cod native. She loves the great outdoors and is out hiking or biking any chance she gets, rain or shine but preferably shine!

Rob Leavell

Rob is a Project Manager on our Property Management Team. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, he now lives in Brewster with his wife and one-year old hound/terrier mix, Remi. During ten years in Property Management he has managed apartment communities, townhomes, low-, mid- and high-rise multifamily condominiums in St. Louis, Chicago and Boston. Outside of managing capital projects Rob enjoys motorsports, soccer and exploring what the Cape Cod community has to offer.

Holly Anthony

Holly joined Cape Associates in 2022 bringing with her many years experience in property management. She is a Cape Cod native and longtime resident of Brewster. She enjoys living on the Cape with all it offers. She has two grown children and enjoys spending time with them and her grandchildren.

Angela Miller

Angela joined Cape Associates in 2023 with over 10 years experience in business administration with experience in various businesses and 3 years experience in property management. Angela graduated from Texas State in 2020 with a degree in Business Management. Angela moved to Harwich from Austin, Texas with her dog, Maple, and her boyfriend, who is from Eastham. When not walking her dog, Angela enjoys making stained glass crafts, visiting the beach, and learning the local history of Cape Cod.

PAINTING AND REPAIRS DIVISION

Bill Woodward

Bill "Woody" Woodward has owned and operated his own custom painting company in Summit, NJ. Now a permanent resident of Cape Cod, Bill will carry out Cape Associates' long-standing mission to bring quality, commitment, and integrity to every project.

Tim Graham

With an undergrad from UMASS Amherst and an MBA from Babson College, Tim began his professional career in plastics extrusion in Western Mass. His career path turned to the painting industry when he moved to Cape Cod in 2010. When not working, Tim enjoys traveling, home improvement projects, exploring conservation trails with his dog Ringo, and spending time with his grandchildren. He lives in Harwich with his wife, Lisa.

Darren Gomes

Darren joined Cape Associates with 42 years of experience in the paint industry. He has worked, owned, and operated his family paint business in the Taunton area until 2000. From there he has been in sales selling paint, flooring, and building supplies. Darren has called the Cape home year-round since 2013.

OPERATIONS DIVISION

Lindsay J. Cole

Lindsay J. Cole joined Cape Associates full time upon her graduation from Stonehill College. She worked her way from being an Administrative Assistant, to Office Manager, and now, Lindsay is the Vice President of Human Resources. She is on the MassHire Cape & Islands Workforce Board of Directors and Executive Committee and serves on the Cape Cod Children’s Place Development Committee. She lives in Eastham with her family – Chris, Madeleine, Olivia, Cameron, and William.

Dakota Prue

Originally, Dakota is from Plattsburgh, New York. She moved to the Cape in 2016. She has a background in Hospitality, Finance, and more recently Human Resources. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management. Dakota is currently earning her Master’s in Business Administration through Fitchburg State University, focusing on Human Resources Management. She lives in Yarmouth with her husband, Jason and their daughter, Luna. When she isn’t working, studying, or spending time with her family, she loves to play co-ed softball. She also enjoys traveling with her family and friends

Kaitlyn Rhue

Having grown-up in southeastern Massachusetts, Kaitlyn would often visit the Cape beaches in the summertime. Now a full-time resident, she enjoys the beauty of Cape Cod year-round. Kaitlyn has over 20 years of experience in all facets of marketing, including a background in the tech industry and education from the University of Vermont. She loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys reading, traveling, and event planning. She lives in Sandwich with her husband, son, and two Goldendoodles.

Leslie J. Silva

Leslie has a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University and more than 25 years of experience in the medical, legal, and real estate fields. She and her husband, Ralf, enjoy travel and relaxing by their koi pond at their home in North Eastham.

Christine Bezio

Christine has 25 years of administrative and office related experience, including agribusiness and manufacturing. She has her degree in Animal Science from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture at UMass Amherst. She is a member of the Wellfleet Recreation Committe and enjoys attending her children’s sporting events. Christine lives in Wellfleet with her husband, two young adult children, and three dogs.

Vaughn Anson

With degrees in Accounting and Business Administration and 18 years of experience, Vaughn brings a wide skillset to the Accounting team at Cape Associates as their Senior Accountant. Some of his key responsibilities include but are not limited to payroll, inventory, equipment rentals, inspection revenue, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.

Steve Zbell

After receiving his degree in Construction Management, Steve began working as a heavy civil estimator and later went on to focus on finance and strategic planning. He is a native of Connecticut, and relocated to North Eastham from Budapest, Hungary with his wife, Samantha, to persue his finance career.

Ann Carroll

Ann came to Cape Associates with over 30 years of experiences in international and domestic logistics and distribution management. She and her husband, Richard, relocated to South Yarmouth from Connecticut 27 years ago, and enjoy time together cruisung and being in their yard.

Annie Crowley

After living many places, Annie settled down on Cape Cod and absolutely loves it here. She is excited to be a member of the Accounting team, and loves to laugh and smile.
