台南市永康區9月在某一處社區大樓1樓店面發生一起驚悚槍擊事案件，一名40多歲鄭姓被害人遭人近距離開槍，擊中左大腿後重重坐倒在店家門口，開槍嫌犯隨即駕車逃離現場，警方獲報立即展開專案小組並鎖定嫌犯身分，鍥而不捨，歷經一個月的尋線追查，掌握嫌犯行踪，於昨（25）日下午11時20分許在新北市永和地區某大樓處將謝姓犯嫌（46年次）逮捕到案，並起出作案槍彈，全案依違反殺人未遂、槍砲彈藥刀械條例等罪嫌隨案移送臺南地檢署偵辦，並建請檢察官聲請羈押。

上個月（11）日在台南市永康區中華路一帶發生一起槍擊案件，一名48歲鄭姓男子因債務糾紛在大樓遭「雙槍俠」謝品隆射擊，左腿受傷但已脫離生命危險。謝嫌擁有走私、販賣毒品前科，假釋後仍涉入非法活動且隨身攜帶手槍。兩人因金錢問題經常起爭執，當天不慎碰頭後發生口角，導致謝嫌開槍後逃逸。

案發後，臺南市警察局永康分局、刑警大隊及刑事警察局共組的專案小組，並由臺灣臺南地方檢察署的檢察官指揮偵辦。雖警方很快鎖定了謝姓為主要嫌疑人，但他卻多次成功地躲過警方的網羅，屢次更換藏身之處和交通工具，甚至四處尋找協助，企圖阻撓警方的追緝。

為了精確追踪，專案小組動員近百名警力，進行大規模的搜索和監控。透過深入調查和分析，專案小組終於研判出嫌疑人可能的藏匿地點，並加強埋伏及跟監。

經過連續45天不眠不休的追緝，專案人員夢中都會浮現犯嫌謝嫌與其特徵明顯的『M字頭』。警方（25）日11時20分許在新北永和某大樓前探查中時，他們意外地發現了特徵相符的男子。其中一名專案人員喊出「阿椎」，當該男子回應時，員警迅速逮捕了謝姓男子，後續在新北市三芝地區一處空工寮，查獲2把槍枝及子彈39顆等證物，成功結束了這場長達一個半月的追捕。全案依違反殺人未遂、槍砲彈藥刀械條例等罪嫌隨案移送臺南地檢署偵辦，並建請檢察官聲請羈押。

永康分局分局長甘炎民強調，隨著選舉逼近，警方對於轄區內的重大案件將全力查緝，確保社會治安。他表示，不論任何治安事件，警方都將嚴格依法辦理並徹查到底。警方決不對暴力犯罪持寬容態度，並將全力確保市民的生命和財產安全，以期打造一個市民安居樂業的大台南。
