根據中選會最新公布會議紀錄指出，依總統副總統選舉候選人電視政見發表會實施辦法規定，中選會將在總統副總統選舉競選活動期間，舉辦4場候選人電視政見發表會，包含總統候選人3場、副總統候選人1場。
第1場總統候選人電視政見發表會將在12月20日晚間7時登場、第2場12月26日下午2時、第3場12月28日晚間7時；副總統電視政見發表會則為12月22日晚間7時舉行。
至於政見發表會的規則，每一候選人在每場電視政見發表會發表政見時間為30分鐘，分3輪發表政見，每一輪時間10分鐘，將於電視與網路同步直播。
此外，第11屆全國不分區及僑居國外國民立法委員選舉政黨電視政見發表會，將在113年1月8日晚間6時舉行，每一政黨代表人發表政見時間為3分鐘，再加計其政黨分配使用時間，以60分鐘為原則，由各政黨依其全國不分區及僑居國外國民立法委員選舉候選人人數比例分配。
