Tulips and daffodils aren’t the only things in bloom this spring—Denver’s luxury real estate market began to take off in April, hinting at a hot market leading into summer. Inventory increased and a rosier economic outlook prevailed last month, according to the monthly trends report released by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR).
“Across all price ranges, there was a 21 percent increase in new listings in April 2024 when compared to March 2024—yet new listings over $1 million increased by over 33 percent,” says Susan Thayer, DMAR Market Trends Committee member and Denver realtor.
